Here’s an illustration I did for Playboy that is on the shelves this month in the US.
Really nice to work with Cody Tilson who did a great job with the page layout.
I redesigned the blog to keep up with the recent changes on my website so they all follow the same visual pattern and way of presentation, more minimal I would say.
With everything new and blank, I hope to start writing on things that inspire or inspired me at some point, my expectation is to post something that way in the coming weeks.
And here are some moleskine sketches:
Also, after months in the making my new website is finally up, with all the new works from my recent show “YORE”, a shop for prints and “Minion” and much more. Please visit at:

“Le sacre du Printemps, VII – Sides”
Graphite on Paper, Vellum & Acetate

This is one of the pieces that I’ll be showing in the Supersonic Electronic Invitational which opens Thursday, January 5th at Spoke Art in San Francisco, CA.
This is the last week to see YORE @ Thinkpace Gallery in Los Angeles. After that the ephemeral mural -no pun intended- that I did specially for the exhibition will be painted over.
I would like to thank a few people that made the opening, my LA stay and the whole 18 month process easier easier: Ingrid, my family, my friends from SP, Ryan, Shelly, Cristiano, Andrew Hem, Simone, Edwin, Amanda, Allen, Kent, Mari, Audrey and many others. Thank you, really.

This painting is the one being used in ads for my november show (named “YORE“) @Thinkspace Gallery in LA, I will post more details about it soon. I am also posting constant process photos at my twitter account @feral_kid.
This is the video montage of the process for the mural I did with Andrew Hem back in March and by the way, his show at Lebasse in LA is up and looks splendid!

It will be sold at San Diego Comicon ***Eidolon Fine Arts, booth 4504***. Online sale is going to be discussed but for now it is limited to that. I will be in San Diego next week, if you are around feel free to say hi.
Here are some teaser shots:
I uploaded to Flickr some pics of my studio like the ones below (a few pieces for my november show make a discrete appearance).
Delayed covers with the preliminary sketches, had a lot of fun doing the Oz homage specially!
